CONCEPTUAL DIRECTIONS FOR IMPROVING THE MECHANISMS OF ENSURING FINANCIAL STABILITY IN ENTERPRISES

This article explores the issues of improving the mechanisms for ensuring the financial stability
of enterprises in the context of economic transformation, using the example of the “Toshshahartrans” enterprise.
During the study, the capital structure of the enterprise, the ratio of equity and debt funds, as well as financial
independence coefficients were analyzed for the period 2023–2025. The article develops conceptual directions
for increasing financial stability and provides scientific and practical proposals for capital optimization and risk
minimization
