DIGITAL ECONOMY AND INNOVATION AS FACTORS OF SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT IN UZBEKISTAN

This article examines the priority areas for the development of the digital economy, innovation, and the social
sphere in the Republic of Uzbekistan in the context of global transformations. It analyzes the processes of digitalization
of public administration and the modernization of human capital. The article substantiates the need for a comprehensive
approach to digital transformation, including institutional reforms, the development of an innovation ecosystem, and
ensuring social inclusion.
