Abstract

This article analyzes the role of the service sector in economic development and its impact on poverty reduction.
In the course of the research, the service sector is considered one of the key factors contributing to economic growth,
employment generation, and the increase in household incomes. Using statistical analysis, comparative methods, and
economic analysis, the study substantiates that the development of the service sector plays a significant role in reducing
poverty levels. The research findings show that the expansion of the service sector creates new employment opportunities,
supports the development of small businesses, and contributes to the growth of population incomes
