This article comprehensively examines the theoretical foundations of investment financial mechanisms, their
practical dimensions, and their role in the development of the national economy. The financial sources of investment
activity—state budget funds, commercial bank loans, stock market instruments, resources of international financial
institutions, and the role of private capital—are analyzed from a scientific perspective. In addition, the paper consistently
reviews the formation of investment financial mechanisms in Uzbekistan, the reforms implemented in the postindependence
period, and the legal and institutional framework aimed at improving the investment climate
