Abstract

This article examines the ongoing efforts aimed at improving the population’s standard of living, addressing socioeconomic
challenges in a consistent manner, and enhancing citizens’ active participation in the rational allocation of state
budget funds. It highlights the significance of modernizing local infrastructure, directing resources to priority sectors, and
implementing a transparent voting system for public proposals. The study emphasizes the role of participatory budgeting
in strengthening civic engagement, increasing budget transparency, and ensuring efficient public resource management
