This article analyzes the innovative approaches of small businesses in the industry and construction sectors
and their impact on employment. The results of the study show that the introduction of innovative technologies, digital
transformation, effective use of local resources and state support increase the effectiveness of small businesses in creating
jobs. The article highlights the economic and social significance of SMEs through regional examples and statistical data
