WAYS TO IMPROVE ALTERNATIVE FINANCING OF INVESTMENT ACTIVITIES

This article analyzes the theoretical and practical aspects of alternative financing of investment activities in the
economy of Uzbekistan. The author substantiates the importance of modern financial instruments such as crowdfunding,
venture capital, “green finance” and Islamic financing, in addition to traditional sources, in stimulating investment
processes. Also, the current legal and regulatory framework, institutional environment and investment infrastructure in
the country are studied, and scientific and practical proposals and recommendations are developed to improve them. The
results of the study indicate the possibilities of effective use of alternative financing mechanisms to increase the stability
of investment activities, attract private capital and ensure economic growth.
