artificial intelligence, and automated decision-making tools are analyzed as key drivers for transforming traditional
underwriting processes. Emphasis is placed on the need for a customer-centric approach, real-time data utilization, and
predictive modeling to optimize underwriting accuracy and operational performance. The study synthesizes insights from
recent industry reports and academic research to propose strategic recommendations for insurance companies seeking
to modernize their underwriting frameworks and improve overall service delivery.
