This article examines the theoretical and methodological foundations for improving strategic management mechanisms and their potential contribution to business performance. Using systems analysis, comparative analysis, theoretical synthesis, and conceptual modeling, the study explores the relationships among strategic planning, resource allocation, digital management, and performance monitoring. An integrated organizational and economic management model is developed to strengthen strategic adaptability, managerial coordination, and performance evaluation. The proposed framework may support more economically justified strategic decisions, improved organizational efficiency, and long-term corporate competitiveness. Keywords
