Abstract

This article examines the theoretical and methodological foundations for improving organizational and economic mechanisms of business process management in the context of digital transformation. Using systems analysis, comparative analysis, theoretical synthesis, and conceptual modeling, the study explores the relationships among digital technologies, business process optimization, managerial integration, and economic efficiency. An integrated management framework is developed, combining digital maturity assessment, business process redesign, technological integration, workforce competency development, and performance monitoring. The proposed framework may contribute to improved operational efficiency, more effective resource allocation, and stronger long-term enterprise competitiveness in the context of digital economic transformation.
