INTEGRATION MECHANISMS OF DIGITAL ECONOMY TECHNOLOGIES INTO REGIONAL GOVERNANCE SYSTEMS

This study provides a comprehensive analysis of the theoretical and methodological foundations for
integrating digital economy technologies into regional governance systems. It examines the transformation of territorial
development processes under digitalization, identifies key determinants of governance efficiency, and explores the
institutional and economic dimensions of innovative management mechanisms. The research develops a data-driven
decision-making framework aimed at optimizing resource allocation and enhancing the resilience of regional socioeconomic
systems. Furthermore, it proposes an integrated model based on digital platforms, artificial intelligence, and big
data analytics to improve governance performance. The findings demonstrate that systematic implementation of digital
technologies significantly contributes to sustainable regional development and institutional effectiveness.
