TIME MANAGEMENT IN THE CRAFT ECONOMY: STRATEGIES FOR OPTIMIZING THE TIME RESOURCES OF INDIVIDUAL PRODUCERS

The article investigates the problems of managing the time resources of individual producers in the
craft economy. The author developed a differentiated time management model aimed at eliminating the imbalance
between creative activity and operational routine. Using time-tracking and econometric modeling methods, the impact
of cooperation within the “Hunarmand” Association and digital automation on labor productivity is substantiated. The
scientific novelty of the study lies in proposing a comprehensive approach to optimizing the non-linear working time of
artisans and reducing the risk of professional burnout
