Abstract

This article examines the foreign experience in enhancing the competitiveness of insurance
services, focusing on key factors such as service quality, innovation, digital transformation, and regulatory
frameworks. The study analyzes advanced practices implemented in developed countries, including risk-based
supervision, the application of Solvency II standards, and the integration of financial technologies into insurance
operations. Particular attention is given to the role of customer-oriented strategies and the diversification of
insurance products in strengthening market competitiveness. The findings suggest that adopting international
best practices can significantly improve the efficiency, transparency, and sustainability of insurance services in
emerging markets.
