LEGAL FOUNDATIONS AFFECTING THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE COTTON PROCESSING INDUSTRY IN BUSINESS ENTITIES

This scientific article analyzes the legal foundations affecting the development of the cotton
processing industry in business entities. It also examines the regulatory and legal documents governing this
sector in the country, their practical significance, and current development issues. Based on the results of the
research, proposals have been developed to improve legal mechanisms for the further advancement of the
cotton-textile industry.
