Abstract

Personalization has become a critical strategy for businesses aiming to enhance customer experience and drive
growth. This study examines the impact of personalization on key business indicators such as revenue growth, customer
retention, and operational efficiency. Drawing on data from McKinsey & Company’s research, we analyze how effective
personalization strategies can multiply business value, while poor personalization can lead to significant losses. The
findings highlight the importance of data-driven personalization and provide actionable insights for businesses seeking to
optimize their personalization efforts.
