This article analyzes the institutional approach to waste management and its economic efficiency.
The study examines institutional mechanisms operating in the field of waste management, including regulatory
and legal frameworks, public-private partnerships, economic incentive instruments, and modern management
approaches. In addition, scientific and practical conclusions aimed at increasing the economic efficiency of the
waste management system are developed.
