The article analyzes the possibilities and directions of using financial technologies to improve financial literacy,
which is an integral part of the population's economic competence. It also highlights the role of education in enhancing
the financial literacy of the population. In particular, it discusses the importance of labor market analysis in ensuring the
supply of qualified personnel to the modern labor market and describes its current demands for today’s workforce.
