This article explores the impact of the number of workers on the proftability of enterprises. Statistical data
and fnancial reports of companies were analyzed during the research. Correlation and regression analyses revealed
the relationship between workforce size and proftability. Qualitative data were gathered through expert interviews. The
fndings highlight the importance of effective workforce management in improving proftability
