Abstract

This article examines the role of tokenization of real sector assets in deepening capital markets and transforming
financial architecture in emerging economies. It analyzes the mechanisms of converting real assets into digital investment
instruments based on blockchain technology, highlighting their impact on liquidity, investment accessibility, and financial
efficiency. The study also proposes a conceptual framework for integrating real sector assets into capital markets and
outlines key institutional and technological conditions for effective implementation
