THE ROLE OF SMART TECHNOLOGIES IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF RECREATIONAL TOURISM

The role of smart technologies in improving the efficiency of sanatorium-resort infrastructure is growing. This
study analyzes the use of the Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Big Data, and Virtual/Augmented Reality
(VR/AR) technologies in the sanatorium-resort sector. During the research, global and Uzbekistan-specific experiences
were examined, and the impact of technological approaches on service quality was assessed. Through tables and graphs,
the economic efficiency of smart technologies has been demonstrated.
