Abstract

This article examines the importance of differentiation strategy in achieving competitive advantage in a market
economy. The study analyzes the key factors influencing the successful implementation of differentiation strategies,
including product quality, innovation, and marketing approaches. The results show that effective differentiation enables
enterprises to increase competitiveness, expand market share, and strengthen their market position
