Abstract

This article explores international experience in the use of cross-border money transfers and their impact
on national economic development. The study analyzes the key channels through which remittances contribute to
macroeconomic stability, increase household incomes, stimulate investment activity, and support the development of
the financial system. Particular attention is paid to the practices of developed and developing countries, as well as to
the potential for adapting this experience to national economic conditions. Based on the research findings, practical
recommendations are proposed to enhance the effectiveness of cross-border money transfers in promoting economic
growth.
