This article presents an empirical analysis of the use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT)
in Uzbekistan’s tourism sector. Based on data from 2020–2024, the research shows that ICT tools such as E-Visa.
gov.uz, Uzbooking.uz, and Tourism.uz have significantly improved service quality and customer satisfaction, while
revealing regional and gender-based disparities. Recommendations are proposed to enhance inclusiveness and promote
sustainable digital tourism
