The article analyzes the role of organizational and legal frameworks in enhancing the economic mechanisms
of tourism development. It emphasizes the importance of institutional reforms, effective governance, and regulatory
improvements to increase the competitiveness and sustainability of the tourism industry. The study identifies key
challenges faced by developing countries like Uzbekistan and proposes strategies for integrating legal and economic
instruments to ensure balanced sectoral growth
