The development of social infrastructure requires effective management of financial resources allocated to the construction, reconstruction, and modernization of socially significant facilities. In this context, improving the methodology for the economic analysis of construction service costs is essential for ensuring the rational use of investment resources, controlling project expenditures, and enhancing the efficiency of construction activities. The study examines methodological approaches to the economic analysis of construction service costs at social facilities and identifies the key factors influencing their formation. Keywords
