Abstract

The article analyzes the transformation of crowdfunding under the influence of technological innovations, primarily
blockchain and artificial intelligence. It examines how the integration of smart contracts, big data analytics systems,
and decentralized financial models is reshaping established approaches to collective financing. The article demonstrates
that the adoption of these technologies contributes to reducing transaction costs, increasing the transparency of investment
processes, and establishing new mechanisms of trust among participants. Particular attention is paid to the evolution
of crowdfunding toward Web3, asset tokenization, and decentralized autonomous organizations. It is concluded that
the further development of crowdfunding will be determined by the depth of technological integration and the ability of
regulatory systems to adapt to new realities
