DOI:

This article assesses the impact of improving digitalization of innovation processes in agriculture on economic
growth in Surkhandarya region using a multifactor econometric model. Based on statistical data for 2011–2025, the relationship
between agricultural output, investment, employment, and land productivity was analyzed using the least squares
method. The Cobb–Douglas production function results show that all factors positively influence economic growth, with
the highest elasticity for employment (0.919) and land productivity (0.839). The model’s high statistical significance
(R²=0.999, F-statistic=5158.8) confirms its reliability, revealing increasing returns to scale and the priority role of labor
resources and land productivity in regional economic development.
